The data provided will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Sending information, offers, and news from the hotel and business partners via email, post, and other telecommunications means about the hotel, the surrounding area, local events, etc.

No special categories of personal data are processed via our website.

If special categories of data need to be processed during your stay at Hotel Brunnerhof, your consent is required.

Book

Providing your personal data in the corresponding booking form on our website is required to make a booking and use the contractual services. The travel dates marked with an asterisk must be provided in order to make a booking.

We use the payment platform of a payment provider to ensure secure payment with your credit card.

For bank transfers, additional personal data, such as the account holder and IBAN, will be processed.

Providing your billing information is voluntary but required if you require an invoice.

Social Media

We maintain online presences on social networks to communicate and inform customers and interested parties. In this regard, user data may also be processed outside the European Union. However, an adequacy decision from the European Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR and appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR are in place for the transfer of data.

Data processing in connection with visits to our social network presences is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Accordingly, we operate a Facebook and Instagram page.

Right to information: According to Art. 15 GDPR, you are entitled to receive information about which personal data is being processed, where it comes from, what the data is, whether it is being shared and to whom, and what is being done with the data.

Right to rectification and erasure: According to Art. 16 GDPR, you can request the rectification or completion of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR. Particularly with data that has been published, you also have the "right to be forgotten," meaning that the necessary steps will be taken to delete all links, copies, replications, or similar.

Right of objection: You can exercise your right of objection at any time according to Art. 21 GDPR and modify or completely revoke the consent you have given with future effect.

Right to restriction (or blocking): You can also request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR. The collected data may then only be processed with your individual consent, or the processing must be specifically restricted.

Right to data portability: According to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data provided in a structured, common, and machine-readable format and to request the transfer of your personal data to another controller.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a state supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.
