Georg Brunner, who already owned the neighboring "Gostnerhof", bought the Martscholerhof.

When the motorway was built through the Eisack Valley, he sold seven hectares of land for the construction of the motorway. The Gostnerhof was also demolished in the process. For almost 50 years, the Martscholerhof has been located among vineyards, but also directly on the Brenner motorway. What is now a somewhat striking landscape is also a major economic advantage!

He bequeathed the Martscholerhof to his son Peter, who manages it with his wife Rita and his three daughters Brigitte, Petra, and Evi.

Peter passed the farm on to his daughter Evi. She has since managed the farm with her husband Hubert and their children Jonas and Florian.
